We have dishes with our own signature recipes that make them unique. With the addition of Chef Dibble to our team, the combination of our recipes and his recipes give our menu a flavor profile that is unique and unmatched by anyone in the region. We pride ourselves in making everything from scratch. Chef D.'s moto is "the only thing we don't make from scratch is ketchup, mustard and French fries!"  

 

If BBQ just isn't your thing we do offer American fare as well. Not just the regular frozen patty off of the food truck. We have our burger custom blended specifically to meet our standards and hand made and cooked to perfection. Even our non BBQ menu is unique in preparation and flavor.
